Romans 5 | The Last Adam
Romans 5 provides a clear explanation of our federal headship. We were once under Adam’s headship and thus under sin because Adam (as our federal head) sinned against God. But, as Romans 5 explains, Christ Jesus obeyed where Adam disobeyed. Those who are in Christ have transferred into the headship of Christ, the Last Adam. Thus, we have eternal hope and life in Christ!
