We are going to do baby dedications when we come together for First Sunday October 7th.  

Baptism is an outward proclamation of an inward decision to follow Jesus. If you have trusted Jesus, you are in.  Baptism is simply an outward proclamation of an inward decision to follow Jesus.  It doesn't save you; Jesus does.  However, it is really important.  Don't wait around to get baptized.  Have the person who led you to Christ dunk you in some water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19-20) or contact us (dan@restorationamherst.org) to set up a time to get baptized. You don't have to have everything together to get baptized.  In fact, you shouldn't wait until your life is together.  The only requirement is that you trust Jesus.  Are you in? 

We are going to meet at Lakeview Park to baptize anyone who wants to publicly proclaim their commitment to follow Jesus.  Invite your friends.  Tell the world.  The Kingdom of God has come near. 

Jesus told His followers to make disciples, but most Christians have no idea how to go about doing so.  This class is an overview of disciple-making designed to equip you to know how to lead someone to Christ and lead them through three phases of Spiritual growth: First 8 Weeks, First Year, Lifelong.
